While this published edition is currently in German, the online version could be retrieved by subscription in both English and German through Brill's New Pauly: Encyclopaedia of the Ancient World.

Von Albrecht's history of Latin literature is a reference handbook which may be used for both intermediate and advanced degrees. Apart from a"benchmark" manual demonstration, in addition, it provides sections on literary"Ideas" and"Impact," also as a specific bibliography related to the presentation adopted.
